Refunds & Replacements

The item is defective or not functioning as intended.
You receive the wrong product or an incorrect variation.
Your order is confirmed lost during transit.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will review your request and determine the best solution based on the situation.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns at this time.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team instead. We are committed to working with you to find the best possible solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another resolution depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
